Currently, Yayasan Amal Malaysia is leading an International NGO Coalition which comprising members from Sudan, India, Philippine, Indonesia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Bangladesh that serve to coordinate welfare assistance into worldwide communities in need.

International Federation for Relief and Development (IFRD) is a coalition of  9 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from different countries and now headquarter in Malaysia.

IFRD has been registered in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 23rd Rejab 1435 H corresponding to 22nd May 2014.

Since 2014, IFRD is active in coordinating assistance to Muslim in Arakan (Myanmar), Gaza (Palestine), Syria, Bangladesh, Palu (Indonesia), Marawi (Philippines) and many other Muslim countries in need.
